These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, apps, products, and services provided by Top Artists 4 U LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including WeFam.Life, Life Now & Beyond, One Final Bow, and our books, courses, and educational programs (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account or make a purchase. Some Services have additional eligibility rules described within that Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services lawfully. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful content, or use them to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases, subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the plan or item you choose. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to those platforms' terms.

5. Digital content & license

The Services and their content are owned by Top Artists 4 U LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content except as expressly permitted (for example, materials a registered facilitator is licensed to use within the course).

6. Your content

Some Services let you store or share your own content (such as family information, documents, photos, or stories). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.

7. Third-party services & links

Our Services may link to or rely on third parties (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and retailers such as Amazon). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice; informational content (including planning and end-of-life guidance) is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Artists 4 U LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
