Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for products and services sold by Top Artists 4 U LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including our apps and websites such as WeFam.Life, Life Now & Beyond, and One Final Bow. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscriptions (monthly & annual)
Paid plans — such as WeFam.Life Premium and Storage+, and Life Now & Beyond Premium — are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, with no cancellation fee.
- You keep access through the period you paid for. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it does not renew.
- No partial or prorated refunds. We do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period, or for periods during which an account was open but not used.
2. One-time digital purchases
One-time digital items — for example a WeFam.Life featured business listing or other promotional placements — are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the item has been activated.
3. Course enrollments & facilitator registration
Enrollment fees for the Life Now & Beyond six-week course and the one-time facilitator registration fee are non-refundable once payment is processed. Because seats and program resources are committed at the time of enrollment, this no-refund policy is clearly disclosed at checkout before payment is taken.
4. Books, audiobooks & items sold through third-party stores
Printed books, e-books, and audiobooks purchased through third-party retailers (such as Amazon, Audible, or app-store marketplaces) are governed by that retailer's or platform's return and refund policy, not this one. If you purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play, subscription management and refunds for those purchases are handled through your Apple or Google account.
5. How to cancel
- WeFam.Life: sign in and manage your plan from your account, or email us.
- Life Now & Beyond (app): manage your subscription in the app, or through your Apple App Store / Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed there.
- Courses & other purchases: contact us at the email below.
6. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund of the affected amount.
7. Free trials & free plans
Where a free plan or free trial is offered, you will not be charged unless and until you choose a paid plan. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the cancellation terms in Section 1 apply.
